Product Update: MyChoice Mobile App Redesign

At Businessolver, we believe in continuous improvement, which is why we are excited to announce that we will be rolling out updated designs for our MyChoice Mobile App in Q1 of 2024! Our goal is to have this update enhance your clients’ benefits experiences and make it even more seamless.
With the new designs, we’re putting the most important aspects of your clients’ benefits right at their fingertips. They’ll have easy access to their FSA and HSA balances, along with a streamlined navigation experience. Don’t worry, Sofia will also still be there 24/7 to answer all members’ questions and help with important life events.

Discover some of our most valuable insights from your responses to our 2023’s channel partner survey below:
- When considering solutions for clients, pricing (25%) and previous knowledge or experience with the platform (24%) are the top reasons for picking that partner.
- The most important thing (31%) your peers think can help with learning about the Benefitsolver technology is carrier partnerships (including tech fees, EOI, results, etc.).
- 69% of respondents believe that it’s very important for a benefits administration platform to be designed for engagement beyond Annual Enrollment.
