We’re ecstatic to finally announce that Academy Award, Emmy, and Grammy-winning artist, author, actor, and activist, Common, will be joining us as our opening keynote speaker on April 4! Product News: HSA Investments now available in the MyChoice® Mobile App
Read our press release for all the details to share with your clients
Alongside our recent redesign of the MyChoice Mobile App, we’ve now added the capability for MyChoice Accounts HSA members to manage their investment accounts via the mobile app. All members now have access to our integrated investments and can manage those on the go.
Reminder: HSA mutual funds for members invested before Jan. 30 on the legacy platform should finish moving over from UMB to DriveWealth by Friday, March 1.

What’s New in Compliance?
IRS releases 2025 ACA penalty amounts, slight decrease from 2024
The IRS released Rev. Proc. 2024-14, which communicates the 2025 penalties for non-compliance with the employer-shared responsibility requirements of the Affordable Care Act. These penalties show a slight decrease from 2024 penalty levels. The 2025 penalty amount for Section 4980H(a) is $2900, a reduction of $70 from 2024 penalty levels, and the 2025 penalty amount for Section 4980H(b) is $4350, a reduction of $110 from 2024 penalty levels.
The Department of Labor (DOL) issued updated Notice of Coverage Options/Marketplace Notice
The DOL issued updated model notices for employers to provide to employees, making them aware of the coverage options, as required under FLSA §18B. Ensure your clients review the updated notices below to adjust their existing documents.
