Product News: Sofia, Our AI-Powered Assistant Now Speaks 53 Languages
Learn more about the 27 new languages added to her skillset
Sofia says, “C̄hạn ca ch̀wy khuṇ dị̂ xỳāngrị?”
That’s “how may I help you?” in Thai. Sofia is wrapping up some world travels in her off-season and just added 27 new languages to her capabilities, bringing her grand total to 53 languages. For those with multi-lingual populations, this feature can be a huge help. Clients have multiple (free) ways to customize Sofia with their vendor information, benefits details, such as deductible amounts, copay amounts, and more. Driving employees to use Sofia can really help them connect with their benefits.
In addition to brushing up her languages, Sofia is now promoting non-electable benefits for our clients who use Activation Paths. Your client chooses which benefits to promote throughout the year, and the whole Benefitsolver ecosystem promotes that benefit through various communications tools. Sofia now offers a “smart widget” – a module based on the platform and mobile app – that changes based on the client’s benefits promotion schedule and whether the member has seen and clicked on the message in the past.
