Product News: Member Surveys Launch
Learn more about our three new employee surveys that deliver even more insights
If knowledge is power, then data gives your clients’ superpowers! We have enabled three new employee surveys in early June to gauge various aspects of the member benefits experience. Our new surveys include:
- Enrollment Survey: Understand the overall member enrollment experience.
- Benefit Literacy Survey: Gauge each member’s knowledge of benefits and offers the ability to segment employees by knowledge level. This data enables clients to provide targeted communications and personalized experiences.
- Benefits Program Kano Survey: Measures the benefits programs most important to specific member populations to give clients insights into how to develop their own benefits “roadmap.”
These insights will be delivered into Benefitsolver with a series of dashboards that let your clients see their employees’ interactions and understand the benefits offered.

Key Highlights from the Think & Clink:
- Failure to remain compliant can lead to significant costs for your clients such as failure to file a completed ERISA Form 5500 which can cost up to $2670 per day.
- The ComplianceDashboard can help automate compliance requirements for your clients helping them avoid unexpected fees and improving efficiency.
- Businessolver drives its roadmap from organic innovation, from the voice of our customers, and from the voice of our customer’s employees
