The purpose of this questionnaire is to fill the back of your individual business card with an extremely brief characterization of yourself - a word portrait, if you will. It is best to keep your answers short and concise.

Some things to note:

• Keep in mind that YOU are responsible for any misspellings, and cards will not be reordered in the event of an oversight

• Only client facing roles will receive business cards

• Cards are ordered monthly or until enough submissions have been received

• You will receive a proof of your card prior to it going to print, at which time you can make any necessary changes

• Only order new cards when you are almost out of your current supply

If you're a new employee: Answer all questions that apply. 

If you need to update your information and order new cards: You can only request updates to your current card if you have previously ordered through this page. If you have cards from a process used in the past, you'll need to fill out the questionnaire on the right. If you've gone through this site once already, email astagg@businessolver.com the changes you'd like made and note the amount of cards that you need.

If you only need to re-order your current cards: You must have ordered your cards through this page previously in order for there to be record of them so we can reorder. Email the amount of cards that you need ordered to astagg@businessolver.com.
