If you opt to use the decision support tool during your enrollment, you will answer a series of questions about such things as your medical history, risk tolerance, and ability to pay out-of-pocket expenses. Using your answers to those questions (which are never shared with Company), the decision support tool will display the benefit plans that most closely match your preferences. You can either accept the benefit plans shown or choose your own.
