Industry Update: Products Shaping the Industry Today
Innovations are transforming how HR teams and employees engage with benefits. Staying informed on these advancements is key to serving your clients. Does anyone specifically come to mind that could benefit from these solutions?
Claims-Based Activation Paths
Do you have clients experiencing growing interest in voluntary benefits? Because claims-based activation paths are transforming how employees leverage their benefits by using historical data and predicting future needs to guide employees toward the benefits that matter most.
Data shows that employees opt to use claims-based data 89% of the time when it’s available, and this number is up 22% over the past three years. Meaning, you most likely have clients with employees who want to personalize their benefits, but may not have the capability to do so with their current technology.
Compliance Dashboard
This compliance management and calendaring platform makes benefits compliance simpler, giving your clients more time for the work they love. If you have clients who are struggling with complex compliance requirements and getting bogged down in confusing vernacular, this solution can transform a major hassle into a task that gets checked off in minutes.
MyChoice Accounts
48% of employees would feel panicked about a $6,000 ER bill, even more for Gen Z at 63%, according to data from Businessolver's 2025 Benefits Insights Report. That's why we designed MyChoice Accounts—to meet the demand for a more flexible and robust consumer account solution. From commuter benefits to lifestyle accounts and more, MyChoice Accounts can help your clients get the most out of their hard-earned dollars—beyond just FSAs or HSAs.
And with simplified integration and member engagement, this solution enhances the employee experience without requiring a full overhaul of their benefits administration software.
