Product News: Decision Support is Ready for AE
Are you using the tool that drives great enrollment choices?
Our decision support tool is a free enhancement that can help drive member understanding and better enrollment outcomes. When we analyze the data in our Benefits Insights Report each year, we find that 43% elected the recommended benefit and elected voluntary benefits alongside their medical benefits at 2x the rate of those who did not go through the tool.
Members can see why they were matched with a benefit program and even compare their current plan to what they’re considering enrolling in. Plus, you get the benefit of great aggregate data for your employee population, like financial readiness and self-reported health metrics.

Model Attestation Released Requests for PHI Related to Reproductive Health Care
The Department of Health and Human Services has published its Model Attestation for use by Covered Entities and Business Associates when responding to requests for Protected Health Information related to Reproductive Health Care. The HIPAA Privacy Rule to Support Health Care Privacy Data was released in April and required that a model form be published before the Privacy Rule goes into effect.
IRS Issues Draft Version of IRS Form 1095-C for Tax Year 2024
The IRS has issued a draft version of IRS Form 1095-C for tax year 2024. Please note that this is a draft version, and the final version may vary from this draft. That said, draft forms can be useful in planning for potential updates to the final form, due later this year.
