The One Thing: MyChoice Accounts Updates
Upgrades in Q1 and early Q2
MyChoice Accounts is getting a few key updates as we move into spring. First, all clients can expect to see a new MyChoice Accounts balance widget on your home page and accounts microsites. This balance widget will provide members with a fast view of any balances they may have upon log-in. Expect to see yours show up by mid-March.
We covered this update, plus upgrades to our HSA investment options, user interface, and much more of our 2025 roadmap at last week’s product update in Tech with Heart. And, new this year in Tech with Heart, MyChoice Accounts training sessions. The next one on the docket is Feb. 27, covering member experience, assisting members, and funds processes.
