A New Benefits Insights Dashboard is Coming Soon 

Clearer benefits participation and premium cost insights to help you plan smarter

Our Benefits Insights Dashboards help you understand how your members engage with their benefits—and soon, you’ll have even deeper visibility. We’re excited to introduce our newest addition: the Benefits Participation & Premium Costs Analytics Dashboard, designed to give you faster, clearer data to support planning, budgeting, and decision-making.

This new dashboard includes five tabs that help you answer key questions about your population:

  • Participation Analytics: Which plans your members are choosing and who may be under or over-enrolled.
  • Premium Costs Insights: Where your premium dollars are going and how costs vary across, subgroups, plans, and time.
  • AE Plan Movement: How members are shifting coverage during AE, so you can anticipate questions or cost impacts.
  • AE Status: Real-time insight into enrollment progress to help you focus outreach where it's needed.​ 
  • Point-in-Time: How enrollment and waive trends are changing year-over-year or between key moments.

This dashboard uses the same trusted data you already rely on in Participation, Billing, and AE Analytics—but with faster load times, more flexible filtering, and exportable views to make sharing insights easier.

The dashboard will be available in BETA starting 12/1. When you explore it, you may see a survey within the experience. If you do, we'd appreciate your feedback as it will help us continue to refine the tools that support your strategy.

IRS issues draft of Publication 503 – Child and Dependent Care Expenses  

The IRS has issued a draft version of the tax year 2025 Publication 503, which explains the requirements for claiming dependent care expenses.   

The document also includes reference to IRS form 4547—which will be used to elect Trump accounts and claim the $1,000 pilot program contribution for those that meet the eligibility criteria.
